Regional flood controls fail as downtown is inudated with water, in what will become known as the infamous St. Patrick’s Day flood, claiming at least 150 lives. Floodwaters reached a crest of 46.4 feet, highest in the city’s history.
Lou Reed
I liked feedback folky Beck more than the electronic beepbeepboopboop Beck he’s turned into.
Top 5 Beck Albums
1.) Mellow Gold
2.) One Foot in the Grave
3.) Odelay
4.) Stereopathic Soul Manure
5.) Fresh Meat and Old Slabs

I enjoyed the first two games, but this last game in the trilogy is really annoying. The controls are kind of terrible, and the shooting sequences are boring and redundant. The action sequences are fun and, yes, cinematic, and I find myself caring about the character of Sully quite a bit. But Nate is just a douche and the women are generally treated as interchangeable and uninvolved. While the eye-candy is often worth the price of a renting Uncharted 3 for a few days, the quick single-player storyline (6hrs. max) and clunky outdated controls make this not worth the price of buying this, even used.
Trailer for On the Road (Yes, that On the Road. It’s a movie?)
I’m extremely skeptical. But, well, it looks like they get Buroughs right.
